Wigan Local Offer
The Local Offer is all the provision expected to be available across education, health and social care for children and young people in Wigan Borough who have SEN or are disabled, including those who do not have Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans.
Parent Carer Forum
Collective voice of parent carers of children and young people age 0-25 in Wigan Borough with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND). Working with our Local Authority, Health and other partners to reflect the voice & impact change on SEND services
